【摘要】：目的檢測子癇前期孕婦血清中組織型轉(zhuǎn)谷氨酰胺酶(tTG)的水平,并分析其與可溶性血管內(nèi)皮生長因子受體-1(sFlt-1)、可溶性內(nèi)皮因子(sEng)、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)水平的關(guān)系,探討其在子癇前期發(fā)病中的作用。方法選擇子癇前期孕婦105例,其中輕度子癇前期組45例、重度子癇前期組60例;隨機選擇同期單胎健康孕婦(100例)為對照組,采用ELISA法檢測血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng及游離VEGF水平,并分析這4種因子的相關(guān)性,以及與血壓、尿蛋白之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 (1)輕、重度子癇前期組血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng水平均高于對照組,VEGF水平低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);重度子癇前期組血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng水平高于輕度子癇前期組,VEGF水平低于輕度子癇前期組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。(2)子癇前期孕婦血清tTG水平與疾病嚴重程度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.863,P0.001)。(3)子癇前期組血清tTG水平與sFlt-1、sEng水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.819,P0.001;r=0.734,P0.001),與VEGF水平呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.767,P0.001)。對照組tTG水平與sFlt-1、sEng及VEGF水平無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。(4)子癇前期組血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng及VEGF水平與平均動脈壓及24 h尿蛋白量呈一定的相關(guān)性,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論升高的血清tTG水平與sFlt-1及sEng水平在子癇前期中的關(guān)聯(lián),提示tTG可能參與子癇前期發(fā)病。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the level of tissue type transglutaminase (TG) in serum of preeclampsia pregnant women, and to analyze its relationship with soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGF), soluble endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGF), soluble endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and soluble endothelial growth factor (VEGF).To explore its role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods 105 pregnant women with preeclampsia, including 45 mild preeclampsia group and 60 severe preeclampsia group, and 100 healthy pregnant women with single pregnancy were randomly selected as the control group. The serum tTGG flt-1 titer Eng and free VEGF levels were measured by ELISA method.The correlation between these four factors and blood pressure and urine protein were analyzed.Results (1) the levels of serum tTGG and Flt-1nsEng in mild and severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.01), and the level of serum tTGft-1nsEng in severe preeclampsia group was higher than that in mild preeclampsia group. The level of VEGF in severe preeclampsia group was lower than that in mild preeclampsia group, and it was significantly lower in severe preeclampsia group than that in mild preeclampsia group.宸紓鍧囨湁緇熻瀛︽剰涔，
