【摘要】：正1診斷腎上腺皮質(zhì)腺瘤;原發(fā)性醛固酮增多癥;繼發(fā)性高血壓;子宮肌瘤;宮頸息肉。2診斷依據(jù)患者57歲,下腹脹痛15天,發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔包塊4天,有高血壓、冠狀動脈粥樣硬化病史4年,血壓最高達160/110 mmH g,同時伴有夜尿增多癥狀。患者自發(fā)病以來無惡心、嘔吐、胸悶、心悸等癥狀,且體重?zé)o明顯改變。其中高血壓、夜尿多符合腎上腺皮質(zhì)腺瘤這一診斷分類為原發(fā)性醛固酮增多癥的癥狀。
[Abstract]:Positive 1 diagnosis of adrenocortical adenoma; primary aldosteronism; secondary hypertension; uterine leiomyoma; cervical polyp .2 diagnosis based on the patient's age of 57 years, pain in the lower abdomen for 15 days, pelvic mass found in 4 days, hypertension,Coronary atherosclerosis history of 4 years, blood pressure up to 160 / 110 mmH / g, accompanied by nocturia symptoms.The patient had no symptoms of nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, palpitations, and no significant changes in body weight.Hypertension, nocturnal urine and adrenocortical adenoma were diagnosed as symptoms of primary aldosteronism.
