【摘要】：近年來年輕女性子宮內(nèi)膜癌發(fā)病率呈明顯上升趨勢。年輕女性子宮內(nèi)膜癌多屬于雌激素依賴型,其發(fā)生可能是在無孕激素拮抗下的雌激素長期作用下,發(fā)生子宮內(nèi)膜增生癥(單純型或復(fù)雜型,伴或不伴不典型增生),甚至癌變,均為子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌,腫瘤分化好,雌孕激素受體陽性率高,且子宮內(nèi)膜癌診斷時(shí)70%以上的患者屬于I期,5年生存率90%,甚至100%,無復(fù)發(fā)生存率95.0%[1],故此為年輕早期子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌患者保留生育功能創(chuàng)造了機(jī)會(huì)。目前主要治療手段包括藥物治療、手術(shù)治療、手術(shù)聯(lián)合藥物治療等。但多種治療手段尚未達(dá)成統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而且仍存在很大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文旨在對目前早期子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌年輕女性保留生育功能的相關(guān)治療問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of endometrial carcinoma in young women has increased significantly.Endometrial carcinoma in young women is mostly estrogen-dependent. It may occur endometrial hyperplasia (simple type or complex type, with or without atypical hyperplasia, or even carcinogenesis) under the long-term action of estrogen without progesterone antagonism.All of them were endometrial adenocarcinoma, the tumor was well differentiated, and the positive rate of estrogen and progesterone receptor was high.More than 70% of the patients with endometrial carcinoma belong to stage I, the 5-year survival rate is 90%, or even 100%, and the recurrence free survival rate is 95.0% [1], thus creating an opportunity for young patients with early endometrial adenocarcinoma to retain their reproductive function.At present, the main treatment methods include drug therapy, surgical treatment, surgery combined with drug therapy.However, a variety of treatments have not yet reached a unified standard, and there are still great risks.This article aims to summarize the current treatment of early endometrial adenocarcinoma in young women with fertility retention.
