[Abstract]:Due to the increasing discovery of thyroid diseases during pregnancy, more and more attention has been paid to the effects of thyroid diseases during pregnancy and postpartum, and the understanding of thyroid diseases complicating pregnancy has been gradually deepened in recent years. Many prospective randomized controlled studies have provided many new insights into the treatment of thyroid dysfunction and its effects on maternal, fetal and childhood intelligence quotient. Thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy has been an endocrine disorder in recent ten years.
