【摘要】：目的觀察足月胎膜早破(t PROM)患者胎盤、胎膜組織中蛋白質(zhì)二硫鍵異構(gòu)酶A3(PDIA3)的表達(dá)變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法選擇t PROM患者30例(觀察組)、正常足月產(chǎn)婦30例(對(duì)照組),分別采用免疫組化法和實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法檢測(cè)兩組胎膜、胎盤組織中的PDIA3蛋白和mRNA。結(jié)果觀察組胎盤、胎膜組織中PDIA3蛋白陽性表達(dá)率分別為93.33%、86.67%,對(duì)照組分別為60.00%、50.00%,P均0.05。觀察組胎盤、胎膜組織中PDIA3 mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為2.025±0.180、1.440±0.053,對(duì)照組分別為0.958±0.418、1.024±0.049,兩組比較,P均0.05。結(jié)論 t PROM患者胎盤、胎膜組織中PDIA3呈高表達(dá),其可能參與了t PROM的發(fā)生、發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of protein disulfide isomerase A3 (PDIA3) expression in placenta and membranes of patients with term premature rupture of membranes. Methods 30 cases of t PROM (observation group) and 30 cases of normal term parturient (control group) were studied by immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results the positive expression rates of PDIA3 protein in placenta and membranes were 93.33 and 86.67 in the observation group, and 60.0050.005 in the control group, respectively. The placenta of the observation group was 0.05, and the positive expression rate of PDIA3 protein in the placenta of the observation group was 0.05.Results the positive expression rate of PDIA3 protein in the placenta and membranes of the observation group was 93.33 and 86.67 respectively. The relative expression of PDIA3 mRNA was 2.025 鹵0.180 鹵0.053 in fetal membrane and 0.958 鹵0.418 鹵1.024 鹵0.049 in control, respectively. Conclusion the expression of PDIA3 in placenta and membranes of t PROM patients is high, which may be involved in the occurrence and development of t PROM.
