【摘要】：目的探討小劑量右美托咪定對(duì)宮頸癌微創(chuàng)術(shù)后胃腸道反應(yīng)的影響。方法選取2014年2月-2016年9月在該院接受宮頸癌微創(chuàng)術(shù)的患者94例,依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為觀察組(小劑量右美托咪定)和對(duì)照組(生理鹽水),比較兩組患者的惡心、嘔吐發(fā)生率及胃動(dòng)素水平。結(jié)果觀察組47例,Ⅱ級(jí)惡心7例,Ⅲ級(jí)惡心2例,總發(fā)生率為19.15%;對(duì)照組47例,Ⅱ級(jí)惡心11例,Ⅲ級(jí)惡心4例,Ⅳ級(jí)惡心2例,總發(fā)生率為36.17%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組47例,Ⅱ級(jí)嘔吐6例,Ⅲ級(jí)嘔吐1例,總發(fā)生率為14.89%;對(duì)照組47例,Ⅱ級(jí)嘔吐4例,Ⅲ級(jí)嘔吐5例,Ⅳ級(jí)嘔吐1例,總發(fā)生率為21.28%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)前1 h兩組患者的胃動(dòng)素差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后6、12和24 h,觀察組患者的胃動(dòng)素水平明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論小劑量右美托咪定能夠有效預(yù)防和緩解宮頸癌微創(chuàng)術(shù)后胃腸道反應(yīng),避免胃動(dòng)素過度釋放,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of low dose dexmetomidine on gastrointestinal response after minimally invasive surgery for cervical cancer.Methods from February 2014 to September 2016, 94 patients with cervical cancer received minimally invasive cervical cancer surgery in our hospital.
