【摘要】：目的探討白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-11、IL-11受體(IL-11R)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表達(dá)。方法選取108例卵巢上皮性癌組織、18例良性卵巢上皮性腫瘤組織,應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)IL-11、IL-11RA蛋白表達(dá)。結(jié)果卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜樣癌、卵巢漿液性囊腺癌、卵巢黏液性囊腺癌、卵巢透明細(xì)胞癌的IL-11陽(yáng)性率分別為78.79%、74.29%、50.00%、40.63%。相比卵巢良性上皮性腫瘤,IL-11在卵巢上皮性癌組織中明顯高表達(dá)(P0.05)。在卵巢上皮性癌中,IL-11表達(dá)與年齡分組無(wú)關(guān)(P0.05);IL-11在臨床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的表達(dá)明顯高于臨床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P0.05);與無(wú)腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移的相比,有腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移的上皮性癌中IL-11明顯高表達(dá)(P0.05)。卵巢良性和惡性上皮性腫瘤組織中IL-11RA高表達(dá)。結(jié)論 IL-11表達(dá)與卵巢上皮性癌亞型相關(guān)。IL-11R可能在卵巢癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著協(xié)同作用,IL-11在腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移中起重要作用,可能作為新的靶向治療指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of IL-11 receptor IL-11R in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods 108 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 18 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor were selected. The expression of IL-11 and IL-11RA was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results the expression of IL-11RA in endometrioid ovarian carcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, and ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. The positive rates of IL-11 in ovarian clear cell carcinoma were 78.79 and 74.29, respectively. The positive rate of IL-11 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial tumor of ovary. The expression of IL-11 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was not related to age group. The expression of P0.05 in stage 鈪，
