【摘要】：目的:研究早期復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)(RSA)患者血栓彈力圖(TEG)的改變,為早期RSA的診斷和治療提供有效的檢測(cè)指標(biāo)。方法:對(duì)62例RSA患者和72例正常生育期婦女進(jìn)行孕前及孕后的血栓彈力圖(TEG)檢測(cè),統(tǒng)計(jì)各組TEG參數(shù)及妊娠丟失率。結(jié)果:(1)非孕狀態(tài)時(shí),RSA組與正常組相比,最大凝塊振幅(MA)增高(P0.05)。(2)孕前MA≥64mm時(shí),預(yù)測(cè)流產(chǎn)的敏感性和特異性分別為68%和82%。(3)RSA患者孕前異常MA糾正后,孕后TEG參數(shù)異常率及妊娠丟失率與孕前未糾正者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:血栓彈力圖可在非妊娠時(shí)鑒別部分RSA女性是否處在血栓前狀態(tài)。在這樣狀態(tài)下未經(jīng)治療的RSA再次妊娠流產(chǎn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增高。監(jiān)測(cè)TEG有助于RSA的病因診斷,指導(dǎo)抗血小板藥物的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the changes of thromboelastogram (TEG) in patients with early recurrent abortion (RSAs).
