【摘要】：當今臨床對于大部分局部進展期宮頸癌患者實行同步放化療的治療方案。但因為治療抵抗的存在,進展期宮頸癌的同步放化療的治療效果差強人意,預后差,易復發(fā)等問題成為了臨床工作的難題。而動態(tài)增強MRI能夠提供更多關(guān)于腫瘤微血管信息,并通過這些信息估計腫瘤的生物學特征,為進展期宮頸癌的診斷、治療結(jié)果預測、預后評價等提供了幫助,為臨床醫(yī)生制定個性化放化療方案提供了指導。該文綜述了DCE-MRI對于局部進展期宮頸癌同步放化療的短期治療結(jié)果及遠期預后的預測的應用。
[Abstract]:At present, most patients with locally advanced cervical cancer are treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, because of the existence of treatment resistance, the effect of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer is unsatisfactory and the prognosis is poor. But dynamic enhanced MRI can provide more information about tumor microvessel, estimate the biological characteristics of tumor, and predict the treatment result for the diagnosis of advanced cervical cancer. The evaluation of prognosis provides guidance for clinicians to formulate individualized radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This article reviews the application of DCE-MRI in the short-term treatment and long-term prognosis prediction of locally advanced cervical cancer.
