【摘要】：目的觀察補腎活血周期療法聯(lián)合西藥治療宮腔粘連分解術(shù)后患者的臨床療效及對子宮內(nèi)膜環(huán)境的影響。方法將100例宮腔粘連術(shù)后患者隨機分為實驗組和對照組各50例。對照組給予西藥戊酸雌二醇片、黃體酮膠囊周期治療;實驗組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用補腎活血周期療法中藥,兩組共治療3個月經(jīng)周期。觀察治療前后兩組患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度及血流狀態(tài),并判定月經(jīng)恢復(fù)療效及宮腔粘連療效。結(jié)果實驗組月經(jīng)恢復(fù)、宮腔粘連總有效率分別為84%、88%,對照組分別為70%、76%,實驗組均明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。實驗組治療后子宮內(nèi)膜厚度明顯增加,子宮內(nèi)膜血流參數(shù)PI、RI均明顯降低,子宮內(nèi)膜穿支血流分級Ⅲ級患者數(shù)明顯增加(P0.05)。治療后實驗組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度明顯大于對照組,子宮內(nèi)膜穿支血流分級Ⅲ級患者數(shù)明顯多于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論補腎活血周期療法聯(lián)合西藥能改善宮腔粘連術(shù)后患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度,增加子宮內(nèi)膜血流,有利于月經(jīng)恢復(fù),預(yù)防宮腔再次粘連。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of postoperative patients with intrauterine adhesions. Methods 100 cases of postoperative patients with intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. 50 cases. The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets, The patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying the kidney and activating blood on the basis of the control group and the two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The endometrial thickness and blood flow state of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.
