【摘要】：早產(chǎn)是世界范圍的難題,是新生兒患病和死亡的首要原因。早期和極早期早產(chǎn)分別指發(fā)生在妊娠28~32周以及28周以前者。目前全世界每年約有1500萬(wàn)早產(chǎn)兒出生,其中15.6%屬于早期和極早期早產(chǎn)。隨著早產(chǎn)兒治療水平的提高,早產(chǎn)兒存活率得到改善,但早期早產(chǎn)兒的近遠(yuǎn)期并發(fā)癥患病率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)極高,給家庭和社會(huì)造成沉重的負(fù)擔(dān)。因此,防治早產(chǎn)尤其是早期早產(chǎn)尤為重要,治療方法包括糖皮質(zhì)激素促胎肺成熟,宮縮抑制劑、硫酸鎂、抗生素的使用以及緊急治療性宮頸環(huán)扎術(shù)等,但各種方法均有一些優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),在應(yīng)用上還有爭(zhēng)議。
[Abstract]:Preterm birth is a difficult problem in the world, is the primary cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality. Early and very preterm respectively that occurred at 28~32 weeks of gestation and 28 weeks ago. At present the world each year about 15 million premature infants, 15.6% of which belong to the early and very preterm premature infants. With the improvement of treatment, the survival rate of the premature infants received to improve the long-term complications in preterm infants, but the prevalence of high risk, a heavy burden to families and society. Therefore, prevention and treatment of preterm birth especially early preterm birth is particularly important, the treatment methods included glucocorticoid promoting fetal lung maturation, tocolysis, Magnesium Sulfate, the use of antibiotics and emergency treatment of cervical cerclage, but all the method has some advantages and disadvantages in the application is still controversial.
