【摘要】：目的探討伊血安顆粒聯(lián)合左炔諾孕酮治療功能失調(diào)性子宮出血的療效及對患者性激素水平的影響。方法圍絕經(jīng)期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者76例。隨機分為觀察組和對照組各38例。2組均以左炔諾孕酮宮內(nèi)緩釋系統(tǒng)治療,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上口服伊血安顆粒。檢查并記錄2組患者治療前后的月經(jīng)量、血紅蛋白濃度、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黃體生成素(LH)水平和不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組的總有效率明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。2組患者治療后的月經(jīng)量、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度和血紅蛋白濃度均較治療前明顯改善(P均0.05),但2組間各指標(biāo)比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。治療后,2組患者的E2均降低,且觀察組低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05);而FSH和LH則無明顯差異(P均0.05)。對照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率顯著高于觀察組(P0.05)。結(jié)論伊血安顆粒聯(lián)合左炔諾孕酮治療功能失調(diào)性子宮出血的療效顯著,并能夠改善性激素水平,且不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of Yi Xue an granule combined with levonorgestrel on dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage and its effect on sex hormone level. Methods 76 cases of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group (n = 76) and control group (n = 76). 38 cases in control group and 38 cases in control group were treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system. On the basis of this, the observation group took the Yi Xue an granule. The menstrual volume, hemoglobin concentration and endometrial thickness of the two groups were examined and recorded before and after treatment. The levels of estradiol E _ 2, FSH, LH) and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P0.052.The menstrual volume of the patients after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group). The thickness of endometrium and the concentration of hemoglobin were significantly improved in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the E _ 2 levels in the two groups were decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between FSH and LH. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Yi Xue an granule combined with levonorgestrel on dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant. And can improve the level of sex hormones, and less adverse reactions.
