【摘要】：目的:研究輸卵管妊娠患者血清β-hCG水平動(dòng)態(tài)變化與滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞侵入輸卵管壁深度的關(guān)聯(lián)性,為臨床治療輸卵管妊娠提供參考。方法:檢測(cè)110例患側(cè)輸卵管切除的輸卵管壺腹部妊娠患者術(shù)前48 h和手術(shù)當(dāng)天的血清β-hCG水平,術(shù)后病理檢查確定滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞侵入輸卵管壁的深度,采用Kruskal-Wallis H檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:36例Ⅰ期(滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞侵入黏膜層)輸卵管妊娠患者48 h血清β-hCG水平平均降低18.35%,32例Ⅱ期(侵入肌層)患者血清β-hCG水平平均升高31.95%,42例Ⅲ期(侵入漿膜層)患者血清β-hCG水平平均升高37.55%,3組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Ⅰ期患者β-hCG水平降低幅度低于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期患者升高幅度,Ⅱ期患者升高幅度低于Ⅲ期患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論:輸卵管妊娠患者術(shù)前48 h血清β-hCG水平變化程度與滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞侵入輸卵管壁深度呈正相關(guān),其可以作為臨床上滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)程度判斷的一項(xiàng)參考指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between the dynamic changes of serum 尾 -hCG level and the depth of trophoblast invasion into the tubal wall in patients with tubal pregnancy. Methods: serum 尾 -hCG levels were measured in 110 patients with tubal tubal ectopic pregnancy after salpingotomy 48 hours before operation and on the day of operation.
