【摘要】：目的探討傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)與腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療早期老年子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者的臨床療效。方法早期老年子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者110例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,開腹組予以傳統(tǒng)開腹手術(shù)治療,腹腔鏡組予以腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療,比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果腹腔鏡組手術(shù)時間、肛門排氣時間、體溫恢復(fù)時間、術(shù)后住院時間明顯短于開腹組,術(shù)中出血量明顯低于開腹組(P0.05)。腹腔鏡組切口裂開發(fā)生率明顯低于開腹組(χ~2=5.238,P=0.022)。腹腔鏡組尿潴留、淋巴囊腫、陰道斷端感染及深靜脈血栓的發(fā)生率與開腹組相比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療早期老年子宮內(nèi)膜癌具有手術(shù)時間短、術(shù)中出血量少、術(shù)后住院時間短、并發(fā)癥少等特點。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of traditional operation and laparoscopic operation in the treatment of early aged endometrial carcinoma. Methods 110 cases of early aged endometrial carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. Results the operative time, anus exhaust time, temperature recovery time and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly shorter in the laparoscopic group than in the open group. The incidence of incision rupture in the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that in the laparotomy group (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 5.238 / P ~ (0.022)). The urine retention and lymphoid cyst in the laparoscope group were significantly lower than those in the laparoscopy group, and the incidence of incision dehiscence in the laparoscopy group was significantly lower than that in the open group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of vaginal infection and deep venous thrombosis between the open group and the open group. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for early aged endometrial carcinoma has shorter operative time, less intraoperative bleeding and shorter postoperative hospital stay. Fewer complications and other characteristics.
