【摘要】：正患者,女,20歲,因發(fā)現外陰腫物4月,頭皮腫物1周于2012年10月31個日入院。4個月前發(fā)現外陰腫物,未予特殊處理,腫物逐漸增大。1周前發(fā)現頭皮腫物,伴頭痛頭暈入住我院顱腦外科。患者既往史、月經史及家族史均無特殊。入院體格檢查:體溫36.8℃,脈搏79次/min,呼吸12次/min,血壓120/73 mm Hg。意識清楚,雙側瞳孔等大等圓,對光反射靈敏,心肺腹檢查未見異常,頜下及腋窩末觸及腫大淋巴結。右額頭皮下可觸及一約5 cm×4cm大小腫物,質中,活動度可,邊界清
