【摘要】：正孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率是衡量一個(gè)國家衛(wèi)生和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的重要指標(biāo)。高危妊娠尤其是妊娠合并癥和并發(fā)癥是影響孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率的重要因素,早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和早期管理是孕產(chǎn)期保健管理中的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。近年來,重慶市孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率下降進(jìn)入瓶頸(見圖1)。單獨(dú)二孩政策實(shí)施后,重慶市危重孕產(chǎn)婦有明顯增多的趨勢。為加強(qiáng)全市婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)科診治及搶救能力的建設(shè),合理分配醫(yī)療資源,暢通危重孕產(chǎn)婦救治和轉(zhuǎn)診綠色通道,有效控制和降低本地區(qū)孕產(chǎn)婦、圍產(chǎn)兒死亡率,重慶市醫(yī)學(xué)
