【摘要】：目的探討在妊娠期高血壓患者中采用拉貝洛爾與硫酸鎂聯(lián)合進行治療對妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法選取2014年4月-2016年4月我院收治的58例妊娠期高血壓患者,根據(jù)住院順序隨機分為實驗組和對照組,每組各29例患者。對照組患者通過硫酸鎂進行治療,實驗組患者通過拉貝洛爾與硫酸鎂聯(lián)合進行治療,對比兩組患者血壓情況、分娩方式以及新生兒結(jié)局。結(jié)果兩組患者在治療后血壓均有明顯的下降,但是實驗組患者治療后的血壓值低于對照組,兩組患者間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實驗組患者的自然分娩率明顯高于對照組患者,兩組患者自然分娩率間的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實驗組早產(chǎn)率、宮內(nèi)窘迫率以及新生兒窒息率均明顯低于對照組,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在妊娠期高血壓患者中采用拉貝洛爾與硫酸鎂聯(lián)合進行治療,有效地降低了患者的血壓,提高了自然分娩率,也改善了新生兒結(jié)局情況,值得在臨床上進行推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Labe lol combined with magnesium sulfate on pregnancy outcome in patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy. Methods 58 patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy were selected from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital. According to the order of hospitalization, the patients in each group were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 29 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with magnesium sulfate, and the patients in experimental group were treated with Labe lol combined with magnesium sulfate. The blood pressure of the two groups was compared. Results the blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, but the blood pressure of the patients in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference in the natural delivery rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), the preterm delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The rate of intrauterine distress and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the combination of Labe lol and magnesium sulfate can effectively reduce the blood pressure of the patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy. The rate of natural delivery is improved, and the neonatal outcome is improved. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
