【摘要】：目的研究子宮壓迫縫合術(shù)在剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中產(chǎn)后出血中的臨床應(yīng)用效果,為剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中產(chǎn)后出血的臨床治療提供參考。方法選取我院2013年2月~2016年2月收治的剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中產(chǎn)后出血患者106例作為研究對(duì)象,按照患者的入院日期,分為觀察組(子宮壓迫縫合術(shù))與對(duì)照組(子宮背帶式縫合術(shù)),各53例,觀察子宮壓迫縫合術(shù)在剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中產(chǎn)后出血中的臨床應(yīng)用效果,分析患者術(shù)后出血的改善情況。結(jié)果患者接受剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)后,針對(duì)術(shù)中、產(chǎn)后出血的狀況,接受子宮手術(shù)后,患者的出血情況都有所改善,觀察組手術(shù)出血量明顯少于對(duì)照組,止血時(shí)間較短,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中產(chǎn)后出血患者的臨床治療中,應(yīng)用子宮壓迫縫合術(shù),能夠獲得較高的臨床應(yīng)用效果。子宮壓迫縫合手術(shù)簡(jiǎn)單、安全性較高,能夠快速有效止血,并且在治療中對(duì)患者的子宮生育能力不會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,患者的手術(shù)接受度較高,整體治療效果較好,能夠促使患者的生活質(zhì)量顯著提高,值得在剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)中產(chǎn)后出血的臨床治療上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of uterine compression suture in postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods 106 patients with postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the study subjects, according to the date of admission. The patients were divided into observation group (uterine compression suture) and control group (53 cases each). The clinical effect of uterine compression suture in postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section was observed. Results after cesarean section, according to the condition of postpartum hemorrhage and uterine operation, the bleeding of the patients was improved. The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion in the clinical treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section, the application of uterine compression suture can obtain higher clinical effect. The suture of uterine compression is simple and safe. It can stop bleeding quickly and effectively, and will not have a negative effect on the fertility of uterus in the treatment, the patient's operation acceptance is higher, the whole treatment effect is better, can promote the patient's quality of life to improve significantly. It is worth popularizing in the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.
