【摘要】：目的建立妊娠早期甲狀腺激素參考值范圍及適宜的尿碘參考值范圍。方法選擇北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科門診進行常規(guī)產(chǎn)檢的368例妊娠早期婦女作為研究對象,采用全自動化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫分析儀測定血清甲狀腺激素,采用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀測定隨機尿碘濃度,參考值范圍采用雙側(cè)限值(P2.5~P97.5)表示。結(jié)果妊娠早期甲狀腺激素參考值范圍:血清游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸為3.74~5.88 pmol/L,血清游離甲狀腺素為12.54~20.15 pmol/L;血清促甲狀腺激素為0.12~3.48 mU/L。個體適宜尿碘參考值范圍為31~543μg/L。結(jié)論基于實驗室檢測結(jié)果,建立了妊娠早期甲狀腺激素參考值范圍及適宜的尿碘參考值范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the range of reference value of thyroid hormone and suitable reference value of urinary iodine in early pregnancy. The serum thyroid hormone was determined by automatic chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer, and the random urinary iodine concentration was measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Results the reference range of serum free triiodothyronine was 3.74 ~ 5.88 pmol / L, serum free thyroxine was 12.54 ~ 20.15 mmol / L and serum thyrotropin was 0.12 ~ 3.48 mU 路L ~ (-1). The reference range of body suitable urine iodine is 31 渭 g / L. Conclusion based on the results of laboratory tests, The reference range of thyroid hormone and the suitable reference range of urinary iodine in early pregnancy were established.
