【摘要】：線粒體是真核細胞中重要的細胞器,為卵母細胞成熟、受精及胚胎生長提供充足的能量,在卵母細胞和胚胎發(fā)育過程中起到關(guān)鍵作用。年齡的增長會引起線粒體功能降低,進而影響卵母細胞及胚胎的質(zhì)量,不利于高齡女性的成功妊娠。本文將從高齡如何影響卵母細胞及早期胚胎線粒體功能,以及怎樣減少高齡對線粒體功能的損傷等方面進行探討,以期為高齡不孕不育患者提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Mitochondria are important organelles in eukaryotic cells that provide sufficient energy for oocyte maturation, fertilization and embryo growth, and play a key role in oocyte and embryo development. Thus, the quality of oocytes and embryos is affected, which is not conducive to the successful pregnancy of older women. This article will focus on how old age affects the function of oocytes and mitochondria of early embryos. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the elderly infertility patients, how to reduce the damage of mitochondria function caused by old age was discussed.
