【摘要】：雌性生殖干細(xì)胞的發(fā)現(xiàn)打破了傳統(tǒng)的"固定卵泡理論"。研究表明,在人和小鼠卵巢中,該類細(xì)胞定位于卵巢表面上皮,并可在其中檢測(cè)到Oct4、Sox-2、Nanog、Vasa等生殖細(xì)胞和干細(xì)胞特異性標(biāo)志物的存在;且2條重要的信號(hào)途徑——Notch和Hippo在雌性生殖干細(xì)胞增殖與分化的過程中發(fā)揮重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Female germline stem cells found in breaking the traditional "fixed follicle theory". The study shows that in human and mouse ovary, the cells located in the ovarian surface epithelium, and in which can detect Oct4, Sox-2, Nanog, Vasa and other germ cells and stem cell specific markers play an important existence; effect of process and 2 important signaling pathways: Notch and Hippo in the female germline stem cell proliferation and differentiation.
