【摘要】：正上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬和平婦幼保健院黃荷鳳院長領(lǐng)銜的課題組發(fā)現(xiàn),女性妊娠前高雄激素癥可能增加子代糖代謝異常的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),而表觀遺傳改變的傳代效應(yīng)可能是其分子機(jī)制之一。這項(xiàng)研究成果近日在線發(fā)表于Cell出版社和The Lancet雜志支持的EBio Medicine雜志。高雄激素癥是育齡期婦女常見的生殖內(nèi)分泌疾病之一,其發(fā)生率在不孕人群中高達(dá)15%。既往的研究表明,卵泡內(nèi)過多的雄激素干擾卵子發(fā)育潛能,并進(jìn)一步影響受精和胚胎發(fā)育。近年來,通過輔助生殖技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,高雄激素癥
[Abstract]:The research group headed by Huang Hefeng, director of Heping Maternal and Child Health Institute, affiliated to the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University, found that prepregnancy hyperandrogen may increase the risk of abnormal glucose metabolism in offspring. The epigenetic effect may be one of its molecular mechanisms. The study was published online in the journal EBio Medicine, supported by Cell Press and The Lancet. Hyperandrogenia is one of the most common reproductive endocrine diseases in women of reproductive age.
