【摘要】：目的探討溫經(jīng)祛瘀方對子宮內(nèi)膜病變不孕癥患者體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期子宮內(nèi)膜容受性與臨床妊娠的影響。方法將72例接受IVF-ET的子宮內(nèi)膜病變不孕癥患者隨機分為觀察組(41例)和對照組(31例),對照組單純宮腔鏡下診刮送病理檢查后采用常規(guī)控制性超促排卵方案,觀察組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上辨證運用溫經(jīng)祛瘀方進行中藥干預(yù),觀察兩組患者IVF-ET周期臨床與實驗室相關(guān)檢測指標變化。結(jié)果溫經(jīng)祛瘀方可以顯著提高觀察組子宮內(nèi)膜病變不孕患者HCG注射日A型子宮內(nèi)膜形態(tài),降低C型或不均質(zhì)子宮內(nèi)膜的發(fā)生率(P0.01),生化妊娠率高于對照組(P0.05),胚胎種植率與臨床妊娠率均高于對照組但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者HCG注射日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、B型內(nèi)膜、周期取消率比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。使用中藥干預(yù)的不孕患者種植窗期胞飲突表達豐富明顯。結(jié)論溫經(jīng)祛瘀方對IVF-ET周期子宮內(nèi)膜病變不孕癥患者可有效改善子宮內(nèi)膜容受性,提高胚胎種植率與臨床妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Wenjing Quyu recipe on endometrial receptivity and clinical pregnancy in patients with infertility due to endometrial lesions in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ETT) cycle. Methods 72 cases of infertility with endometrial lesions received IVF-ET were followed up. The patients were divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 31). Observation group on the basis of treatment in the control group on the basis of syndrome differentiation, warming meridian dispelling blood stasis prescription for Chinese medicine intervention, The clinical and laboratory indexes of IVF-ET cycle were observed in two groups. Results Wenjing Quyu recipe could significantly improve the pattern of type A endometrium on the day of HCG injection in patients with endometriosis in the observation group. The incidence of type C or uneven endometrium was decreased (P 0.01), the rate of biochemical pregnancy was higher than that of control group (P 0.05), the rate of embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy was higher than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The thickness of endometrium in the two groups on the day of HCG injection was more than that of type B endometrium. There was no significant difference in the rate of cycle cancellations (P 0.05). There was a significant increase in the expression of cell processes in the implantation window of infertility patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion Wenjing Quyu recipe can effectively improve the endometrial receptivity of infertility patients with endometrial lesions in IVF-ET cycle. Increase embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.
