【摘要】：目的探討影響宮腔內(nèi)人工授精(IUI)妊娠率的相關(guān)因素。方法回顧性分析本中心376對(duì)夫婦715個(gè)IUI周期,按年齡分為:30、30~35、36~40、40歲組;按輸卵管通暢程度分為雙側(cè)輸卵管通暢、一側(cè)輸卵管通暢、雙側(cè)輸卵管通而不暢三組;按周期數(shù)分為:第1個(gè)、第2個(gè)、第3及3個(gè)周期;按處理后注入宮腔內(nèi)前向運(yùn)動(dòng)精子總數(shù)(NMSI)分為:2、2~5、6~10、11~20及20×106組。分別比較各組間的妊娠率,分析各因素對(duì)IUI妊娠率的影響。結(jié)果年齡30、30~35、36~40、40歲組臨床妊娠率分別為18.62%、14.20%、12.50%及4.16%;雙側(cè)輸卵管通暢、一側(cè)輸卵管通暢、雙側(cè)輸卵管通而不暢組臨床妊娠率分別為20.78%、13.27%、8.54%;第1、2、3及3個(gè)周期臨床妊娠率分別為14.36%、19.91%、12.50%及0.00%;NMSI2、2~5、6~10、11~20及20×106組臨床妊娠率分別為2.70%、17.65%、16.39%、15.84%及16.83%。結(jié)論年齡、輸卵管通暢程度、IUI周期數(shù)及處理后NMSI均對(duì)IUI妊娠率有影響。當(dāng)年齡40歲、雙側(cè)輸卵管通而不暢、處理后NMSI2×106以及3~4次IUI嘗試仍未成功的患者,不適合繼續(xù)嘗試IUI治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors influencing the pregnancy rate of intrauterine artificial insemination (IUI). Methods We retrospectively analyzed 715 IUI cycles of 376 couples in our center, and divided them into three groups according to their age, and divided them into two sides according to the degree of tubal patency. The first, second, third and third cycles were divided into three groups: the first, the second, the third and the third, according to the number of cycles. According to the total number of intrauterine motile sperm injected into uterine cavity after treatment, NMSI was divided into two groups. The pregnancy rates were compared among the three groups and the effects of various factors on the pregnancy rate of IUI were analyzed. Results the clinical pregnancy rates were 18.622% 14.2012.50% and 4.16% respectively in the group of 30 years old, 14.20% and 4.16%, respectively. The clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups were 20.7813.27 and 8.54.The clinical pregnancy rates of the 1st and 3rd cycles were 14.36 and 19.91 12.50%, respectively, and the clinical pregnancy rates of 6101120 and 20 脳 106 were 2.70% and 17.65% and 16.833.Conclusion the clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups were 2.70% and 17.65% and 16.833.Conclusion the clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups are 2.70%, 17.65% and 16.833.Conclusion the clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups are 20.7813.27 and 8.548.Conclusion the clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups are 14.36%, 19.91% and 12.50%, respectively. The number of cycles of tubal patency and NMSI after treatment had an effect on the pregnancy rate of IUI. When the age of 40 years old, bilateral oviduct patency, NMSI2 脳 10 ~ 6 and 3 IUI attempts were not successful, it was not suitable to continue to try IUI therapy.
