【摘要】：目的分析妊娠期高血壓患者行硝苯地平、拉貝洛爾聯(lián)合療法的效果。方法從該院2014年1月—2015年12月收治的妊娠期高血壓患者中方便抽選實施硝苯地平療法的100例作為對照組,實施硝苯地平、拉貝洛爾療法的100例作為實驗組,評定疾病治療后的血壓指標、妊娠解決和并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果實驗組預后收縮壓(120.62±8.01)mm Hg,舒張壓(77.04±4.46)mm Hg;對照組預后收縮壓(145.20±10.69)mm Hg,舒張壓(89.67±6.08)mm Hg,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,P0.05;實驗組的妊娠結(jié)局、并發(fā)癥率低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,P0.05。結(jié)論臨床給予妊娠期高血壓患者硝苯地平、拉貝洛爾聯(lián)合療法作用突出,可改善血壓,預防不良妊娠結(jié)局,值得借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of nifedipine and Labe lol combination therapy in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods from January 2014 to December 2015, 100 cases of hypertensive complicating pregnancy treated with nifedipine were selected as control group. 100 cases of nifedipine and Labe lol therapy were used as experimental group to evaluate the blood pressure index after treatment. Results the prognosis of the experimental group was 120.62 鹵8.01 mm Hg, the diastolic blood pressure was 77.04 鹵4.46 mm Hg, the prognosis of the control group was 145.20 鹵10.69 mm Hg, the diastolic blood pressure was 89.67 鹵6.08 mm Hg, there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The pregnancy outcome and complication rate of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group. Conclusion the combination therapy of nifedipine and Labe lol can improve blood pressure and prevent adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy.
