【摘要】：目的探討重度子癇前期病人血清補(bǔ)體C3a、C5a水平與腎功能損害的關(guān)系。方法重度子癇前期病人68例(子癇前期組),采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)方法檢測(cè)血清補(bǔ)體C3a、C5a水平,并檢測(cè)血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、胱抑素-C(Cys-C)及24h尿蛋白總量,計(jì)算肌酐清除率(CCr)。以同期正常單胎足月妊娠孕婦60例為對(duì)照組。結(jié)果子癇前期組血清C3a、C5a、BUN、Cr、UA、Cys-C水平及24h尿蛋白總量明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有顯著性(t=2.02~31.35,P0.05);子癇前期組CCr較對(duì)照組明顯減低,差異有顯著性(t=16.02,P0.05)。子癇前期組血清C3a、C5a水平與BUN、Cr無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05);與UA、Cys-C及24h尿蛋白總量呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.245~0.491,P0.05),與CCr呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.267、-0.281,P0.05)。結(jié)論重度子癇前期病人血清補(bǔ)體C3a、C5a水平升高,并且與腎功能損害有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum complement C3a1 C5a level and renal function damage in patients with severe preeclampsia. Methods 68 patients with severe preeclampsia (pre-eclampsia group) were examined for serum complement C3aFC5a level by Elisa. The contents of serum urea nitrogen bun, creatinine, uranine, cystatin, cystatin, cystatin, and 24 hours urine protein were determined. The creatinine clearance rate and creatinine clearance rate were calculated. 60 pregnant women with normal single term pregnancy were taken as control group. Results the levels of serum C3aC5aBUNC and 24 hours urine protein in preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the difference was significant. The CCr in preeclampsia group was significantly lower than that in control group, while in preeclampsia group it was significantly lower than that in control group, and the level of serum Cys-C in preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that in control group. There was a significant difference between serum C3a C5a level and bun Cr in preeclampsia group (P 0.05a), a positive correlation between Cys-C and 24 h urine protein content in UAU, and a negative correlation between C3a C5a level and CCr in severe preeclampsia patients. Conclusion the level of complement C5a in serum of patients with severe preeclampsia is higher than that of P0.05a in patients with severe preeclampsia, and it is negatively correlated with the serum levels of C3a and C5a in patients with severe preeclampsia, and is negatively correlated with CCr in patients with severe preeclampsia (P < 0.05), but not in patients with severe preeclampsia (P < 0.05). And associated with renal impairment.
