【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,18歲,G_1P_0,因妊娠34~(+6)周,嘔吐伴黃疸1周,腹痛伴陰道流液1天,于2016年5月19日入本院就診。孕期外院定期產(chǎn)檢,過(guò)程順利。入院前1周上呼吸道感染好轉(zhuǎn)后出現(xiàn)腹瀉、反復(fù)嘔吐伴全身黏膜輕度黃染,未就診。入院前1天自覺(jué)下腹隱痛不適,伴陰道流液,皮膚黏膜黃染加重。自述外院就診凝血功能測(cè)不出(數(shù)據(jù)不詳),隨即轉(zhuǎn)入我院。入院查體:生
[Abstract]:G1P0, 18 years old, was admitted to our hospital on May 19th 2016 because of 34 weeks of pregnancy, 1 week of vomiting and jaundice, 1 day of abdominal pain and vaginal fluid. The process was smooth. 1 week before admission, diarrhea appeared after the upper-respiratory tract infection improved, repeated vomiting with mild yellow stain of the whole body mucosa, no treatment. 1 day before admission, I felt pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen, accompanied by vaginal fluid.
