【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查不孕女性負(fù)性情緒、社會支持、應(yīng)對方式與婚姻調(diào)試現(xiàn)狀;分析婚姻調(diào)試影響因素。探討社會支持、應(yīng)對方式在負(fù)性情緒與婚姻調(diào)試之間的作用路徑。方法:采用方便抽樣方法抽取長春市某三級甲等醫(yī)院住院部不孕女性作為研究對象,于2016年5月~10月對符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的378名不孕女性進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查工具由五部分構(gòu)成:一般資料調(diào)查表、醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表、領(lǐng)悟社會支持量表、醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)對問卷、婚姻調(diào)試量表。利用均數(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差,構(gòu)成比等描述不孕女性負(fù)性情緒、社會支持、應(yīng)對方式、婚姻調(diào)試的現(xiàn)狀,利用單因素分析和多元逐步回歸分析不孕女性婚姻調(diào)試影響因素、采用溫忠麟提出的層次回歸方法分析社會支持在負(fù)性情緒和婚姻調(diào)試間是否存在調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)、按照Zhao X提出的中介效應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)方法驗(yàn)證應(yīng)對方式在負(fù)性情緒和婚姻調(diào)試間是否存在中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)果:1.本研究不孕女性婚姻調(diào)試總分為(109.39±21.29)分,婚姻失調(diào)比例為43.4%。不同文化程度、職業(yè)、治療期間配偶支持程度、不孕類型、移植次數(shù)、流產(chǎn)次數(shù)的不孕女性在婚姻調(diào)試水平上差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.本研究不孕女性焦慮、抑郁的發(fā)生率分別為24.6%、22.0%,焦慮總分為(6.58±3.40)分,抑郁總分為(5.25±4.40)分;領(lǐng)悟社會支持總分為(63.41±14.01)分,家庭內(nèi)支持為(22.63±4.50)分,家庭外支持為(40.78±9.80)分;在應(yīng)對方式中,“面對”為(19.90±3.36)分,“回避”為(15.89±3.01)分,“屈服”為(11.46±1.61)分。3.社會支持中家庭內(nèi)支持在本研究不孕女性負(fù)性情緒與婚姻調(diào)試間起到正向調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。4.“屈服”這一消極應(yīng)對方式在本研究不孕女性負(fù)性情緒與婚姻調(diào)試間發(fā)揮部分中介效應(yīng)。負(fù)性情緒對婚姻調(diào)試的影響有一部分通過應(yīng)對方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。應(yīng)對方式能夠解釋婚姻調(diào)試方差變異的31.1%。結(jié)論:1.不孕女性較健康孕婦婚姻調(diào)試水平低。其領(lǐng)悟社會支持處于高水平狀態(tài);三種應(yīng)對方式分?jǐn)?shù)均高于國內(nèi)常模;焦慮、抑郁發(fā)生率不高。2.文化程度、不孕類型、治療期間配偶支持程度、胚胎移植次數(shù)、流產(chǎn)次數(shù)是影響不孕女性婚姻調(diào)試的主要因素。3.社會支持在不孕女性負(fù)性情緒和婚姻調(diào)試間起到正向調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng);應(yīng)對方式在不孕女性負(fù)性情緒和婚姻調(diào)試間起到部分中介效應(yīng)
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the negative emotion, social support, coping style and marriage debugging status of infertile women, analyze the influencing factors of marriage debugging, and explore the social support. Methods: a convenient sampling method was used to select infertile women in hospital department of Grade 3A Hospital in Changchun as the research object. From May 2016 to October, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 378 infertile women who met the inclusion criteria. The survey tools consisted of five parts: general information questionnaire, hospital anxiety and depression scale, perceived social support scale, and medical coping questionnaire. Using the mean, standard deviation and composition ratio to describe the negative emotions, social support, coping style, marriage debugging of infertile women, Univariate analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of marriage debugging of infertile women, and the hierarchical regression method proposed by Wen Zhonglin was used to analyze whether there was a regulating effect between negative emotion and marriage debugging in social support. According to the method of intermediary effect test proposed by Zhao X, the mediating effect of coping style between negative emotion and marriage debugging was verified. Results: 1.The total score of marriage debugging of infertile women was 109.39 鹵21.29), and the ratio of marital disorder was 43.40.The degree of education was different. There were statistically significant differences in marital debugging level among infertile women with occupational, degree of spouse support, type of infertility, number of transplants and times of abortion during treatment. 2. Anxiety of infertile women in this study. The incidence of depression was 24.60.0.The total score of anxiety was 6.58 鹵3.40, the total score of depression was 5.25 鹵4.40, the total score of perceived social support was 63.41 鹵14.01, the score of family support was 22.63 鹵4.50, the score of external support was 40.78 鹵9.80). In coping style, "face" is 19.90 鹵3.36), "avoid" is 15.89 鹵3.01), "yield" is 11.46 鹵1.61) .3.The family support plays a positive regulating effect between negative emotion of infertile women and marriage debugging in this study. Negative coping styles play a part of mediating effect between negative emotion and marriage debugging of infertile women. The influence of negative emotion on marriage debugging is partly realized by coping style. Coping style can explain marriage. Conclusion: 1.The infertile women are lower than the healthy pregnant women in marriage debugging level, and their social support is in a high level; The scores of the three coping styles were higher than those of the domestic norm, the incidence of anxiety and depression was not high .2. the degree of education, the type of infertility, the degree of spouse support during treatment, the times of embryo transfer, The frequency of abortion is the main factor that affects the marriage debugging of infertile women .3.Social support plays a positive adjustment effect between negative emotion and marriage debugging of infertile women, and coping style plays a part of intermediary effect between negative emotion and marriage debugging of infertile women.
