【摘要】：目的分析腹腔鏡下子宮肌瘤手術(shù)對(duì)人體氧化應(yīng)激及腫瘤組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶(MMPs)表達(dá)的影響。方法選擇在該院接受手術(shù)治療的子宮肌瘤患者作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為接受開腹手術(shù)的對(duì)照組和接受腹腔鏡手術(shù)的觀察組,比較兩組患者的蛋白與脂質(zhì)氧化指標(biāo)、抗氧化指標(biāo)及腫瘤組織中MMPs表達(dá)的差異。結(jié)果觀察組患者的術(shù)后血漿丙二醛(MDA)及晚期氧化蛋白產(chǎn)物(AOPP)等氧化指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者的術(shù)后血漿谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及血漿總抗氧化能力(AOA)等抗氧化指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組子宮肌瘤組織中MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白和m RNA水平均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論腹腔鏡下子宮肌瘤手術(shù)可以降低術(shù)后機(jī)體氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng),降低腫瘤組織MMPs表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery on oxidative stress and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) in human tumor tissues. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group undergoing laparotomy and the observation group undergoing laparoscopic surgery. The protein and lipid oxidation indexes were compared between the two groups. Results the levels of plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and advanced oxidized protein (AOPP) were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P 0.05). The postoperative plasma gluten of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The levels of GSH-Px) and plasma total antioxidant capacity (AOAA) were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05A). The levels of MMP-2MMP 9 and m RNA in uterine leiomyoma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.050.Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyoma is lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Surgery can reduce the oxidative stress response of the body after operation. The expression of MMPs in tumor tissue was decreased.
