【摘要】：目的:探討無痛分娩術(shù)聯(lián)合體位管理對(duì)產(chǎn)程進(jìn)展的影響,旨在更好服務(wù)于臨床。方法:選取在曲靖市第二人民醫(yī)院本院2016年3月至2016年8月進(jìn)行無痛分娩初產(chǎn)婦168例,采用對(duì)病史資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析方式,將初產(chǎn)婦分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組各84例,對(duì)兩組產(chǎn)程進(jìn)展進(jìn)行對(duì)比觀察。結(jié)果:觀察組采用無痛分娩術(shù)聯(lián)合體位管理,相較于單純的無痛分娩,能使產(chǎn)程時(shí)間明顯減少,選擇剖腹產(chǎn)比例下降,產(chǎn)婦和新生兒的危險(xiǎn)事件發(fā)生率下降,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)進(jìn)行無痛分娩的產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行體位管理,能夠使產(chǎn)程進(jìn)展加快,有益于產(chǎn)婦及胎兒健康,對(duì)指導(dǎo)臨床具有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of painless childbirth surgery combined with postural management on the progress of labor, in order to better serve the clinic. Methods: 168 cases of painless childbirth in Qujing Second People's Hospital in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2016, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, the primipara were divided into observation group and control group, each group in 84 cases, the two groups were observed and compared in the production process. Results: the observation group was treated with painless childbirth surgery combined with postural management, compared to the simple painless childbirth, the labor time was significantly reduced, the choice of caesarean section ratio decreased, the maternal and neonatal risk events incidence decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) conclusion: the painless childbirth maternal position management, can make the process faster progress, conducive to maternal and fetal health, has an important value for clinical guidance.
