【摘要】：目的：探討宮腔粘連(intrauterine adhesions, IUA)患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶2(MMP-2)與基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶抑制劑2(TIMP-2)的表達及其與IUA的相關(guān)性。 方法：用免疫組織化學(xué)方法分別檢測60例IUA患者及20例非IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中MMP-2與TIMP-2的表達。 結(jié)果：1、MMP-2在IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達低于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05):TIMP-2在IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2、MMP2在重度IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達低于中度IUA患者(P0.05),在中度IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達低于輕度IUA患者(P0.05)。3、TIMP-2在重度IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達高于中度IUA患者(P0.05),在中度IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達高于輕度IUA患者(P0.05)。4、MMP-2與TIMP-2在IUA患者子宮內(nèi)膜中的表達呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.727,P0.05)。 結(jié)論：1、MMP-2和TIMP-2可能與宮腔粘連的形成有關(guān)。2、MMP-2表達的減弱和TIMP-2表達的增強可能與宮腔粘連的嚴(yán)重程度有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor 2 (TIMP 2) in endometrium of patients with intrauterine adhesion (IUAA) and their correlation with IUA. Methods: the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in endometrial tissues of 60 patients with IUA and 20 patients with non IUA were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results the expression of MMP 2 in endometrial tissue of IUA patients was lower than that of control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05% TIMP-2 expression was higher in endometrium tissue of IUA patients than that in control group). There was a significant difference between the two groups in the expression of P0.05MMP2 in endometrial tissues of severe IUA patients and in moderate IUA patients. The expression of P0.05MMP2 in endometrial tissues of moderate IUA patients was lower than that of mild IUA patients. 3TIMP-2 expression in the uterus of severe IUA patients was lower than that of moderate IUA patients. The expression of MMP-2 in the membrane tissue was higher than that in the moderate IUA group, and the expression of MMP-2 in the endometrial tissue of the moderate IUA group was higher than that in the mild IUA patient. There was a negative correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the endometrium of IUA patients. Conclusion the decrease of MMP-2 expression and the increase of TIMP-2 expression may be related to the severity of intrauterine adhesions.
