【摘要】：目的觀察HNF-1β在卵巢不同類型上皮性癌中的表達,探討HNF-1β在卵巢透明細胞癌診斷中的價值。方法采用免疫組化En Vision法檢測27例透明細胞癌、35例高級別漿液性癌、21例子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌、10例黏液性癌、2例移行細胞癌和13例轉(zhuǎn)移性Krukenberg瘤中HNF-1β的表達。結(jié)果 27例卵巢透明細胞癌均不同程度表達HNF-1β,陽性率為85.2%;35例卵巢高級別漿液性癌中HNF-1β呈核陽性者4例,陽性率為2.9%;21例卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌中5例HNF-1β呈陽性,陽性率為23.8%;10例卵巢黏液性癌中HNF-1β均呈核陽性,陽性率為60.0%;13例Krukenberg瘤均可見HNF-1β呈不同程度核陽性,陽性率為53.8%;2例卵巢移行細胞癌均不表達HNF-1β。與透明細胞癌相比,HNF-1β在漿液性癌和子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌中的表達降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。黏液性癌、Krukenberg瘤和透明細胞癌中HNF-1β表達差異均無顯著性(P0.05)。HNF-1β診斷卵巢透明細胞癌的敏感性和特異性分別為85.2%和76.5%。結(jié)論 HNF-1β是一種敏感性較高的卵巢透明細胞癌標志物,HNF-1β彌漫強陽性對診斷卵巢透明細胞癌具有較高的特異性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of HNF-1 尾 in different types of epithelial ovarian carcinoma. To investigate the value of HNF-1 尾 in the diagnosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical en Vision method was used to detect 35 cases of high grade serous carcinoma of 27 cases of clear cell carcinoma and 21 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma 10 cases of mucinous carcinoma and 2 cases of transitional cell carcinoma; Results HNF-1 尾 was expressed in all 27 cases of ovarian clear cell carcinoma, and the positive rate was 85.2% in 35 cases of ovarian high grade serous carcinoma. The positive rate of HNF-1 尾 was positive in 5 of 21 cases of ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The positive rate was 23.810 cases of ovarian mucinous carcinoma. The positive rate of HNF-1 尾 was nuclear positive in all the 13 cases of Krukenberg tumor, and the positive rate was 60.010 cases of ovarian mucinous carcinoma. The positive rate was 53.8% and 2 cases of ovarian transitional cell carcinoma did not express HNF-1 尾. Compared with clear cell carcinoma, the expression of HNF-1 尾 in serous carcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma was decreased. There was no significant difference in the expression of HNF-1 尾 between mucinous carcinoma Krukenberg tumor and clear cell carcinoma. The sensitivity and specificity of HNF-1 尾 in the diagnosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma were 85.2% and 76.5g respectively. Conclusion HNF-1 尾 is a highly sensitive egg. HNF-1 尾 diffusely positive is a specific marker for the diagnosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma.
