【摘要】：目的：明確M2型丙酮酸激酶(PKM2)、多聚嘧啶串結(jié)合蛋白(PTB)在宮頸癌組織中的表達(dá)情況及其相關(guān)性,初步探討其在宮頸癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用。 方法：采用免疫組織化學(xué)法(IHC),檢測45例宮頸癌、30例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變及12例正常宮頸組織中PKM2、PTB的表達(dá)情況,并對其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果：1.PKM2在宮頸癌組織中表達(dá)高于宮頸癌前病變組及正常宮頸組織組(P0.05),宮頸癌前病變組及正常宮頸組、宮頸癌I期組及宮頸癌Ⅱa1期組兩兩比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.PTB在正常宮頸組織表達(dá)低于CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ組、宮頸癌Ⅰ期組及宮頸癌Ⅱa1期組(P0.05),在宮頸CIN Ⅰ組表達(dá)低于CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ組、宮頸癌Ⅰ期組及宮頸癌Ⅱ a1期組(P0.05),在CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ組表達(dá)低于宮頸癌Ⅱ a1期組(P0.05),在宮頸癌Ⅰ期組表達(dá)低于宮頸癌Ⅱ a1期組(P0.05)。在正常組織表達(dá)與CINI組比較差異無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ與宮頸癌工期組比較差異無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.宮頸癌PKM2及PTB的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān) 結(jié)論：PKM2、PTB可能與宮頸癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and correlation of PKM2, PTB in cervical carcinoma and its role in the development of cervical cancer. Methods: the expression of PKM2 PTB in 45 cases of cervical carcinoma with intraepithelial neoplasia and 12 cases of normal cervical tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the expression of PKM2 PTB in 45 cases of cervical carcinoma and 12 cases of normal cervical tissues was analyzed statistically.
