【摘要】：目的探討卡貝縮宮素聯(lián)合縮宮素對(duì)人工流產(chǎn)后出血的預(yù)防作用。方法選取2014年3月~2015年3月于浦江縣人民醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科以意外懷孕為診斷收入院并進(jìn)行人工流產(chǎn)的患者90例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為2組:對(duì)照組45例,流產(chǎn)后予縮宮素;實(shí)驗(yàn)組45例,流產(chǎn)后予卡貝縮宮素聯(lián)合縮宮素。觀察2組患者陰道出血情況、月經(jīng)恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的陰道出血時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組(P0.05),陰道出血量明顯少于對(duì)照組(P0.05),首次經(jīng)量過多者比例低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),首次經(jīng)量正常者比例高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。2組患者的BBT下降時(shí)間、排卵時(shí)間、黃體期及雙相率相比,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論卡貝縮宮素聯(lián)合縮宮素能夠縮短人工流產(chǎn)后的陰道出血時(shí)間,減少出血量,改善月經(jīng)恢復(fù)情況,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the preventive effect of capectin combined with oxytocin on hemorrhage after induced abortion. Methods 90 patients with unwanted pregnancy were selected from March 2014 to March 2015 in Pujiang County people's Hospital for gynecology and obstetrics and gynecology and obstetrics. According to the method of random number table, the patients in the control group were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (45 cases) received oxytocin after abortion, the experimental group (45 cases) received capectin combined with oxytocin after abortion. Menstrual recovery. Results compared with the control group, The vaginal bleeding time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05), the amount of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group (P 0.05), the proportion of the first excess vaginal bleeding was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the proportion of the first normal vaginal bleeding was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the time of ovulation was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion capectin combined with oxytocin can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding after induced abortion, reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the recovery of menstruation.
