【摘要】：目的觀察復(fù)方玄駒膠囊對宮腔粘連(intrauterine adhesion,IUA)松解術(shù)后凍融胚胎移植(frozen embryo transfer,FET)患者妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法將300例輕、中度IUA行FET患者隨機分為對照組和治療組,每組150例。兩組宮腔鏡下粘連松解術(shù)后行雌、孕激素序貫療法,治療組加用復(fù)方玄駒膠囊。3個周期后行FET。比較兩組患者胚胎著床率、臨床妊娠率、流產(chǎn)率、宮外孕率。結(jié)果治療組臨床妊娠率47.3%(71/150)高于對照組[34.0%(51/150),P=0.019];治療組胚胎著床率25.4%(80/315),高于對照組[19.6%(61/312),P=0.080]。與本組輕度IUA患者比較,兩組中度IUA患者胚胎著床率及臨床妊娠率均降低(P0.01,P0.05)。與對照組比較,治療組中度IUA患者臨床妊娠率升高(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)方玄駒膠囊可改善宮腔粘連術(shù)后患者子宮內(nèi)膜容受性,提高宮腔粘連術(shù)后FET助孕周期妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of compound Xuanju capsule on pregnancy outcome of patients with intrauterine adhesion IUAA after freeze-thawed embryo transfer. Methods 300 patients with mild and moderate IUA undergoing FET were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 150 cases in each group were treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy after hysteroscopy. The treatment group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule. Three cycles later, the embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate were compared between the two groups. Results the clinical pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 47.3 / 71 / 150) higher than that of the control group [34.010 / 51 / 150% P0. 019], and the embryo implantation rate of the treatment group was 25.4% 80 / 315%, which was higher than that of the control group [19.6% 611% 312% P0.080]. Compared with this group of mild IUA patients, the embryo implantation rate and the clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.01 P 0.05), and compared with the control group, the clinical pregnancy rate and the embryo implantation rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion compound Xuanju capsule can improve the endometrial receptivity of patients with intrauterine adhesions and increase the pregnancy rate of FET during pregnancy cycle after intrauterine adhesions.
