【摘要】：目的:探討美奧舒治療子宮內(nèi)膜息肉和黏膜下肌瘤的安全性和有效性。方法:回顧分析2013年9月至2016年4月于湖北省婦幼保健院行美奧舒治療的99例子宮內(nèi)膜息肉和黏膜下肌瘤患者的臨床資料。采用子宮肌瘤生活質(zhì)量評(píng)估量表(UFS-QOL)的癥狀嚴(yán)重程度評(píng)分表(SSS)及月經(jīng)期癥狀評(píng)分表評(píng)估患者的月經(jīng)及臨床癥狀情況。結(jié)果:99例患者手術(shù)均成功,無(wú)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。黏膜下肌瘤和內(nèi)膜息肉的手術(shù)時(shí)間分別為(5.6±4.9)min和(2.6±1.5)min,平均出血量(15.35±5.8)ml。手術(shù)前SSS評(píng)分及月經(jīng)期評(píng)分為(29.72±4.60)分和(10.17±2.67)分,術(shù)后3月評(píng)分分別為(14.99±3.40)分和(3.53±1.40)分,術(shù)后6月評(píng)分分別為(14.18±3.30)分和(3.15±1.60)分;手術(shù)前后評(píng)分比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后患者的月經(jīng)量明顯減少,經(jīng)期縮短,不規(guī)則陰道出血、痛經(jīng)等癥狀得到明顯改善,貧血均得到糾正,患者滿意率95.96%(95/99)。結(jié)論:美奧舒治療子宮黏膜下肌瘤和子宮內(nèi)膜息肉微創(chuàng)、安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the safety and efficacy of meosol in the treatment of endometrial polyps and submucous leiomyomas. Methods: 99 cases of endometrium treated with meosol from September 2013 to April 2016 in Hubei Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Clinical data of patients with myoma of meat and submucous membrane. The symptom severity scale (SSS) and menstrual symptom scale (SSS) of UFS-QOLwere used to evaluate the menstrual and clinical symptoms of the patients. There were no serious complications. The operative time of submucous myoma and endometrial polyp were 5.6 鹵4.9 min and 2.6 鹵1.5 min, respectively. The mean blood loss was 15.35 鹵5.8 ml. The scores of SSS and menstrual period before operation were 29.72 鹵4.60 and 10.17 鹵2.67, and on March, the scores were 14.99 鹵3.40 and 3.53 鹵1.40, respectively. On June, the scores were 14. 18 鹵3. 30 and 3. 15 鹵1. 60, respectively. There were significant differences in the scores before and after operation (P 0. 05). The menstrual volume, menstrual period, irregular vaginal bleeding, dysmenorrhea and other symptoms were significantly improved. The patients' satisfaction rate was 95.96 / 95 / 990.Conclusion: meosol is safe and effective in the treatment of submucous myoma and endometrial polyp.
