【摘要】：正患者,26歲,因"孕9月,血壓增高1周"于2014年9月22日收入院�；颊�4歲時摔傷左下肢,后多次骨折,考慮為成骨不全癥;15歲后骨折未再發(fā)生�；颊咴陆�14歲來潮,月經周期規(guī)律,5/30天,量中,無痛經,LMP 2014年1月13日。1周前血壓140/90mm Hg,尿常規(guī)無異常;入院前血壓140/100mm Hg,尿蛋白(+)。否認家族遺傳病史。入院查體:T 36.6℃,P 80次/min,
[Abstract]:The patient was 26 years old and admitted to the hospital on September 22nd 2014 because of "pregnancy September, blood pressure increase for one week." the patient broke his left lower limb when he was 4 years old, and suffered multiple fractures. The fracture did not occur again after 15 years of age considering osteogenic incompleteness. The patient was 14 years old in menstruation. The regular menstrual cycle was 5 / 30 days, in which the blood pressure was 140 / 90 mm / h / g before 1 / 1 week on January 13th 2014, and there was no abnormal urine routine, and the blood pressure before admission was 140 / 100 mm / h, urine protein.
