【摘要】：選擇我院2013年10月~2015年10月收治的512例稽留流產(chǎn)患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各256例,對(duì)照組患者僅接受常規(guī)清宮處理,觀察組患者采用宮腔鏡實(shí)施清宮處理。觀察兩組患者治療效果,并就患者術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后流血事件、術(shù)后人流綜合征及感染發(fā)生率進(jìn)行比較。觀察組患者治療總有效率(91.42%)顯著高于對(duì)照組(81.64%),且觀察組術(shù)中出血量,術(shù)后流血事件、術(shù)后人流綜合征及感染等并發(fā)癥總發(fā)生率均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。針對(duì)稽留流產(chǎn)患者可采用宮腔鏡進(jìn)行診治,借助宮腔鏡行清宮術(shù),其清除率較高,且術(shù)中出血量少、術(shù)后感染率、人流綜合征發(fā)生率較低,安全有效值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:From October 2013 to October 2015, 512 patients with missed abortion in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The patients in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed, and the amount of blood lost during the operation and the bleeding after operation were observed. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.422.It was significantly higher than that in the control group (81.64%), and the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative bleeding in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group. The total incidence of complications such as abortion syndrome and infection were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Hysteroscopy was used for diagnosis and treatment of patients with missed abortion, and hysteroscopy was used to clear the uterus. The rate of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative infection rate and abortion syndrome were low, so it was safe and effective to be popularized.
