【摘要】：目的分析卵子冷凍技術(shù)在我國的社會需求、臨床應(yīng)用的可行性及可能給管理帶來的主要問題,提出政策建議。方法檢索國內(nèi)外卵子冷凍技術(shù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),梳理國內(nèi)外輔助生殖技術(shù)(ART)管理相關(guān)政策。結(jié)果利用玻璃化冷凍卵子進(jìn)行體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治療的效果與新鮮卵子接近。我國卵子冷凍技術(shù)主要應(yīng)用于取卵日男方取精失敗的應(yīng)急性冷凍卵子。卵子冷凍技術(shù)的短期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低,其應(yīng)用具有臨床意義和社會意義。社會因素冷凍卵子雖然倫理爭議較多,但是存在一定的需求。結(jié)論適時(shí)啟動(dòng)卵子冷凍技術(shù)臨床應(yīng)用的相關(guān)政策研究,審慎開展臨床試點(diǎn),科學(xué)進(jìn)行輿論引導(dǎo),不斷加強(qiáng)技術(shù)評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the social demand of egg freezing technology in China, the feasibility of clinical application and the main problems that may bring about to the management, and put forward some policy suggestions. Methods to search the relevant literatures of egg freezing technology at home and abroad. Results the treatment effect of vitrified eggs for IVF-ETS was similar to that for fresh eggs. The oocyte freezing technology in China was mainly used for egg retrieval. Japanese men failed to fertilize an emergent frozen egg. The short-term risk of egg freezing is lower. Its application is of clinical and social significance. Although there are many ethical controversies in social factors, there is a certain demand. Conclusion the relevant policy research on the clinical application of egg freezing technology should be started in good time, and the clinical trial should be carried out prudently. Scientific guidance of public opinion, constantly strengthen technical evaluation.
