【摘要】：目的了解重慶地區(qū)婦女陰道病原微生物感染和耐藥情況,為及時(shí)有效地治療陰道感染提供理論依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析2014年1-12月在該院婦科門診和住院部就診的455例疑似有陰道感染者的病原菌培養(yǎng)和藥敏結(jié)果。結(jié)果 455份標(biāo)本中共培養(yǎng)出病原菌190株,檢出率為41.76%,其中革蘭陰性菌70株(36.84%),革蘭陽(yáng)性菌36株(29.47%),真菌64株(33.68%),支原體20株(10.53%)。分離的病原菌以白色假絲酵母菌為主(48株,占25.26%),其次為大腸埃希菌(36株,占18.95%)和費(fèi)氏檸檬酸桿菌(24株,占12.63%);白色假絲酵母菌對(duì)氟胞嘧啶全部耐藥,部分對(duì)伊曲康唑和咪康唑耐藥,耐藥率分別為2.08%、8.33%;待檢菌株均對(duì)氟康唑、酮康唑、兩性霉素B和制霉菌素敏感;大腸埃希菌和費(fèi)氏檸檬酸桿菌對(duì)亞胺培南和美羅培南均敏感,但對(duì)磺胺類、氟喹諾酮類、氨基糖苷類和第3代頭孢耐藥較明顯。結(jié)論白色假絲酵母菌、大腸埃希菌和費(fèi)氏檸檬酸桿菌是重慶地區(qū)女性陰道炎的主要病原菌,已有耐藥情況發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the microorganism infection and drug resistance of vaginal pathogens in Chongqing women. Methods in order to provide the theoretical basis for the timely and effective treatment of vaginal infection, a retrospective analysis was made on the pathogen culture and drug sensitivity of 455 suspected vaginal infections in the gynecological outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital from 2014 to December. A total of 190 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured. The detectable rate was 41.76, of which 70 were Gram-negative bacteria, 36 were Gram-positive bacteria, 36 were Gram-positive bacteria, 36 were Gram-positive bacteria, 64 were mycoplasma, and 20 were Mycoplasma. The main pathogenic bacteria were Candida albicans (25.26B), followed by Escherichia coli (36 strains). Total resistance of Candida albicans to fluorocytosine, and partial resistance to itraconazole and miconazole were 2.08% and 8.33%, respectively. All strains were resistant to fluconazole and ketoconazole. Amphotericin B and nystatin were sensitive, Escherichia coli and Citrate ferrariae were sensitive to imipenem and meropenem, but they were sensitive to sulfonamides, fluoroquinolones, Conclusion Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and citric acid are the main pathogens of female vaginitis in Chongqing.
