【摘要】：目的:探討補腎益氣活血法口服配合艾灸治療人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)月經(jīng)過少的臨床效果。方法:將80例人流術(shù)后月經(jīng)過少患者隨機分為兩組,治療組55例采用補腎益氣活血法配艾灸治療,對照組25例采用雌-孕激素周期療法。兩組均用藥3個月經(jīng)周期。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率高于對照組;兩組月經(jīng)前期子宮內(nèi)膜厚度治療后均較治療前增加,而治療組增加優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:補腎益氣活血法配艾灸治療治療人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)后月經(jīng)過少療效較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of tonifying kidney, tonifying qi and activating blood circulation combined with moxibustion on menorrhagia after artificial abortion. Methods: 80 patients with menorrhagia after artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups. 55 cases in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion combined with tonifying kidney, invigorating qi and activating blood circulation, and 25 cases in the control group were treated with estrogen and progesterone cycle therapy. The two groups were treated with three menstrual cycles. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The thickness of endometrium in premenstrual period in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the increase in treatment group was better than that in control group. Conclusion: the therapy of tonifying kidney and invigorating qi and activating blood circulation combined with moxibustion is better in treating menorrhagia after artificial abortion operation.
