【摘要】：目的探討妊娠合并病毒性肝炎的臨床診斷,并分析其臨床治療效果。方法選取2013年12月—2015年12月期間臨清市人民醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科門診部收治的74例妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者(觀察組)和同期進入醫(yī)院治療的54例普通乙型肝炎患者(對照組)作為研究對象,根據(jù)臨床癥狀和體征結(jié)合實驗室輔助檢查確診為乙型肝炎的患者積極給予綜合治療。觀察患者經(jīng)治療后的治療效果及在治療過程中出現(xiàn)的不良反應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組感染、低蛋白癥、肝腎綜合征發(fā)生率高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。觀察組的總有效率低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。觀察組治療過程中的不良反應發(fā)生率高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論妊娠合并病毒性肝炎經(jīng)臨床診斷后,應積極采取有效措施進行對癥治療,待患者的病情穩(wěn)定后可根據(jù)患者的具體情況進行人工流產(chǎn)或助產(chǎn),均可得到較好的預后,值得在臨床上推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical diagnosis of viral hepatitis in pregnancy. Methods from December 2013 to December 2015, 74 pregnant patients with viral hepatitis (observation group) and 54 patients admitted to hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected from the outpatient department of obstetrical department of Linqing people's hospital. Ordinary hepatitis B patients (control group) were studied. According to the clinical symptoms and signs combined with laboratory auxiliary examination, the patients diagnosed with hepatitis B were given comprehensive treatment actively. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions in the course of treatment were observed. Results the infection in the observation group, The incidence of low protein syndrome and hepatorenal syndrome was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion after clinical diagnosis of pregnancy with viral hepatitis, effective measures should be taken to treat the disease actively, and abortion or midwifery can be carried out according to the specific condition of the patient after the patient's condition is stable. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
