【摘要】：目的探討伴有月經(jīng)血排出異常的女性生殖道發(fā)育異�；颊叩脑\斷與治療。方法通過對1994年5月至2014年12月20多年間,就診于我院的女性生殖道畸形患者病例的收集與整理,挑選符合女性生殖道先天性不全梗阻定義90例患者的病例資料,進(jìn)行回顧性分析。綜合分析其主要臨床表現(xiàn),診斷及鑒別診斷,處理方法等,并結(jié)合書籍雜志的報道補(bǔ)充完善相關(guān)病種,根據(jù)生殖道梗阻部位對伴有月經(jīng)血排出異常的女性生殖道發(fā)育異常疾病進(jìn)行分類分析。結(jié)果1.提出女性生殖道先天性不全梗阻這一新的觀點(diǎn)。2.根據(jù)梗阻部位不同,將女性生殖道先天性不全梗阻分為外生殖器不全梗阻,陰道不全梗阻,子宮頸不全梗阻及子宮不全梗阻四種類型。3.女性假兩性畸形為女性生殖道先天性不全梗阻最常見類型,其中以醫(yī)源性女性假兩性就診患者最多。4.子宮頸不全閉鎖病例少見,極易誤診,準(zhǔn)確診斷指導(dǎo)正確處理,患者結(jié)局好。結(jié)論女性生殖道先天性不全梗阻及其分類方法的提出,可望為伴有月經(jīng)血排出異常的女性生殖道發(fā)育異�；颊叩脑\斷與治療提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of female genital tract dysplasia with abnormal menstrual bleeding. Methods the cases of female genital tract malformation in our hospital from May 1994 to December 20th 2014 were collected and arranged. The data of 90 patients with congenital incomplete obstruction of female genital tract were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The main clinical manifestations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment methods, etc. And to supplement and perfect the related diseases with the reports of books and magazines, According to the location of reproductive tract obstruction, the developmental disorders of female genital tract with abnormal menstrual blood excretion were classified and analyzed. Results 1.The new viewpoint of female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction was put forward. 2. According to the location of obstruction, The female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction was divided into four types: external genital incomplete obstruction, vaginal incomplete obstruction, cervical incomplete obstruction and uterine incomplete obstruction. 3. Female pseudohermaphroditism was the most common type of female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction. Among them, iatrogenic female pseudohermaphroditism is the most. 4. Cervical incomplete atresia is rare, easy to misdiagnose, accurate diagnosis and correct treatment, and the outcome of the patients is good. Conclusion the female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction and its classification method are put forward. It is expected to provide a new idea for diagnosis and treatment of female reproductive tract dysplasia with abnormal menstrual blood excretion.
