【摘要】：目的分析微小RNA-145(miR-145)和白細(xì)胞介素-10(IL-10)在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌中的表達(dá)及兩者表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。方法收集65例子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌手術(shù)患者的組織標(biāo)本作為實(shí)驗組,其中高分化患者21例,中分化患者27例,低分化患者17例。取同期在門診刮宮經(jīng)病理證實(shí)為子宮內(nèi)膜單純性增生的患者23例作為對照組。采用實(shí)時熒光定量PCR法技術(shù)檢測miR-145和IL-10 m RNA在2組患者中的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果 miR-145在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌患者中的表達(dá)水平低于對照組,隨著分化程度的降低而降低;IL-10在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌患者中的表達(dá)水平明顯高于對照組,隨著分化程度的降低而升高;miR-145與IL-10之間呈負(fù)相關(guān);差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 miR-145在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌患者中表達(dá)下降,IL-10在子宮內(nèi)膜樣腺癌患者中表達(dá)升高,且兩者呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the expression of minimal RNA-145 miR-145) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in endometrial adenocarcinoma and their correlation. Methods the tissue specimens of 65 patients with endometrioid adenocarcinoma were collected as experimental group, including 21 well-differentiated patients. There were 27 cases of moderately differentiated patients, The expression of miR-145 and IL-10 m RNA were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technique in 23 patients with endometrial simple hyperplasia confirmed pathologically by curettage in outpatient clinic. Results the expression of miR-145 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients was lower than that in control group. The expression of IL-10 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in the control group with the decrease of differentiation degree, and the expression of IL-10 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients was negatively correlated with the decrease of differentiation degree. Conclusion the expression of IL-10 in patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma is significantly higher than that in patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma, and there is a negative correlation between the expression of IL-10 and IL-10 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
