【摘要】：正孕婦,38歲,孕24周,孕2產(chǎn)1。夫婦健康,非近親婚配,無不良孕產(chǎn)史,無家族遺傳病史,孕期內(nèi)未服用過藥物。超聲所見,胎兒小腦橫切面顯示小腦橫徑明顯縮短,橫徑18.3 mm,低于同孕齡胎兒小腦橫徑第5百分位,且小腦蚓部顯示不清,小腦形態(tài)扁平,表面平滑(圖1)。雙頂徑59mm,頭圍219mm,顱后窩池深約5.3 mm,側(cè)腦室寬度約8.3mm,側(cè)腦室、第三第四腦室均未見擴張。超聲提
[Abstract]:The pregnant woman is 38 years old, 24 weeks pregnant, 2 weeks pregnant. 1. The couple is healthy, non-related marriage, no history of bad pregnancy and childbirth, no family history of hereditary diseases, no medication during pregnancy. Ultrasound findings, fetal cerebellum transverse section showed that the transverse diameter of cerebellum was significantly shortened. The transverse diameter was 18.3 mm, lower than the 5th percentile of the cerebellar diameter of the fetus of the same gestational age, and the cerebellar vermis was indistinct, the cerebellum was flat, and the surface was smooth (Fig. 1. Biparietal diameter 59mm, head circumference 219mm, posterior cranial fossa cistern about 5.3 mm, lateral ventricle width about 8.3 mm, lateral ventricle). No dilation was seen in the third 4th ventricle.
