【摘要】：目的:觀察口服仙方活命飲加味,聯(lián)合抗生素治療急性盆腔炎患者的臨床療效。方法:將120例符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的急性盆腔炎患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組60例,兩組患者無顯著差異,具有可比性。兩組都給予半臥位臥床休息,高熱量、高蛋白質(zhì)、高維生素的流食或半流食,補(bǔ)充液體,物理降溫等基礎(chǔ)治療,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)照組給予頭孢替坦二鈉,鹽酸多西環(huán)素等藥物,治療組給予口服仙方活命飲加味,聯(lián)合抗生素進(jìn)行治療。治療3周,觀察治療前后兩組患者的VAS評(píng)分,血常規(guī)恢復(fù)時(shí)間,炎性包塊和積液大小以及臨床療效。結(jié)果:治療組和對(duì)照組患者的VAS評(píng)分顯著降低,炎性包塊和積液大小明顯減小,而治療組的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)降低的更顯著;治療組患者顯效率顯著高于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:口服仙方活命飲加味,聯(lián)合抗生素治療急性盆腔炎患者可以取得較好的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of oral Xianfang Huoxing decoction plus antibiotics on acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 120 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group with no significant difference between the two groups. Both groups were given basic treatment such as half-lying bed rest, high calorie, high protein, high vitamin, liquid supplementation, physical cooling and so on, while the control group was given ceftitan disodium. Doxycycline hydrochloride and other drugs, the treatment group was treated with oral Xianfang Huoxin decoction plus antibiotics. After 3 weeks of treatment, the VAS score and blood routine recovery time of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: the VAS scores of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased, and the size of the inflammatory mass and the effusion were significantly decreased, while the indexes of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: the effective rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: the combination of antibiotics and Xianfang Huoxing decoction can obtain a better curative effect on the patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
