【摘要】：目的:初步調(diào)查依托孕烯皮下埋植劑依伴儂(Implanon)的使用現(xiàn)狀,為臨床進(jìn)一步推廣使用提供依據(jù)。方法:對(duì)2013年3月1日至2014年4月2日到華西第二醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科門(mén)診進(jìn)行Implanon皮下埋植的使用者64例進(jìn)行隨訪(fǎng)調(diào)查。結(jié)果:Implanon避孕有效率100.00%,痛經(jīng)緩解率91.67%,提前終止率6.67%。其主要不良反應(yīng)有:月經(jīng)改變78.33%,激素避孕相關(guān)不良反應(yīng)58.33%,體重增加26.67%等。認(rèn)知度調(diào)查:知道Implanon 3種及以上優(yōu)點(diǎn)的使用者只占11.67%,知道Implanon除月經(jīng)改變外的3種及以上不良反應(yīng)的使用者只占16.67%。使用者總滿(mǎn)意率41.67%,其中A組(避孕組)滿(mǎn)意率25.71%,續(xù)用率48.57%;B組(治療組)滿(mǎn)意率64.00%,續(xù)用率72.00%。認(rèn)知度和滿(mǎn)意度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(rs=1,P0.0001)。結(jié)論:Implanon是一種高效且安全的皮下埋植避孕劑,能明顯緩解痛經(jīng)、減少經(jīng)量。Implanon的最主要不良反應(yīng)為月經(jīng)改變,發(fā)生率高,醫(yī)師在皮下埋植前和皮下埋植中應(yīng)向患者詳細(xì)解釋可能出現(xiàn)的不良反應(yīng),正確對(duì)癥處理,避免患者因認(rèn)知不足而引起的焦慮及滿(mǎn)意度下降。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the current situation of the use of Implanon, a subcutaneous implant based on pregnancy. To provide the basis for further promotion of clinical use. Methods:. From March 1st 2013 to April 2nd 2014, 64 patients who underwent Implanon subcutaneous implantation in outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics of West China second Hospital were followed up. Results:. The effective rate of Implanon contraception was 100.00%. The remission rate of dysmenorrhea was 91.67 and the early termination rate was 6.67.The main adverse reactions were: menstrual change 78.33 and hormonal contraceptive related adverse reactions 58.33%. Weight gain 26.67% et al. Cognitive survey: only 11.67% users knew three or more of the advantages of Implanon. Only 16. 67 users knew that there were 3 or more adverse reactions in Implanon except menstrual change. The total satisfaction rate of users was 41.67%. The satisfaction rate of group A (contraceptive group) was 25.71 and the rate of continuous use was 48.57; The satisfaction rate of group B (treatment group) was 64.00 and the rate of continuous use was 72.00. There was a positive correlation between cognition and satisfaction. P 0.0001.ConclusionImplanon is an effective and safe contraceptive for subcutaneous implantation, which can relieve dysmenorrhea obviously. The main adverse reaction of reducing menstrual volume. Implanon is menstrual change, the incidence is high. Doctors should explain the possible adverse reactions to patients before and after subcutaneous implantation. Correct treatment to avoid anxiety and satisfaction due to cognitive deficiency.
