【摘要】：目的:探討胚胎反復(fù)著床失敗(RIF)后凍融胚胎移植(FET)時行宮腔內(nèi)灌注基因重組人絨毛膜促性腺激素(rh CG)對妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法:選擇既往胚胎RIF再次行FET的208個周期的患者資料進行回顧性分析。將其中FET日宮腔內(nèi)灌注rh CG為研究組,另按1∶1選擇匹配(年齡、既往ET失敗次數(shù)、不孕類型)對照組。分析比較著床率、自然流產(chǎn)率、生化妊娠率、臨床妊娠率、多胎妊娠率。結(jié)果:研究組著床率(22.92%)、生化妊娠率(5.77%)、自然流產(chǎn)率(17.78%)均略高于對照組(分別為16.88%、1.92%、16.13%),多胎妊娠率略低于對照組(15.56%vs 19.35%),但差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組和對照組均未觀察到異位妊娠病例,研究組臨床妊娠率顯著高于對照組(43.27%vs 29.82%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:FET日行宮腔內(nèi)灌注rh CG可以提高RIF患者的臨床妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of intrauterine perfusion of recombinant human chorionic gonadotropin (rh CGG) on frozen and thawed embryo transfer (FETT) after repeated implantation failure. Methods: the data of 208 cycles of previous embryo RIF undergoing FET were retrospectively analyzed. Intrauterine perfusion of RhCG on FET day was used as the study group. The matched control group was selected according to 1: 1. The rate of implantation, spontaneous abortion, biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy were analyzed and compared. Results: the implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate in the study group were slightly higher than those in the control group (22.92%, 5.77% and 17.78%, respectively). The pregnancy rate of multiple pregnancies was slightly lower than that of the control group (15.56 vs 19.35). However, there was no significant difference (P 0.05). No ectopic pregnancy cases were observed in the study group and the control group, and the clinical pregnancy rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (43.27 vs 29.82). Conclusion Intrauterine perfusion of Rh CG on the day of RIF can improve the clinical pregnancy rate of RIF patients.
