【摘要】：目的探討妊娠前血清中高敏C反應蛋白（hsCRP）水平與妊娠期高血壓疾�。℉DCP）的關(guān)系。 方法觀察隊列人群是以參加2006年至2013年開灤職工健康體檢并在體檢后住院首次單胎分娩的育齡期婦女（n=646），，本文的研究方法為前瞻性隊列研究，按體檢基線數(shù)據(jù)中hsCRP的四分位數(shù)（≤0.30mg/L、0.31～0.71mg/L、0.72～1.91mg/L、≥1.92mg/L）進行分組。分析妊娠前hsCRP水平與HDCP是否有關(guān)聯(lián)。 結(jié)果第一分位數(shù)組、第二分位數(shù)組、第三分位數(shù)組、第四分位數(shù)組HDCP的發(fā)病率依次為5.8%、3.9%、9.3%、7.5%（P0.05）。單因素Logistic回歸分析顯示妊娠前hsCRP水平不是HDCP的危險因素。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示妊娠前hsCRP水平仍不是HDCP的危險因素，影響HDCP發(fā)病的危險因素包括：高齡分娩（RR=18.62,95％CI5.09～68.12,P＜0.01）和高血壓家族史（RR=3.65,95％CI1.86～7.17, P＜0.01）。 結(jié)論妊娠前hsCRP與妊娠期高血壓疾病無關(guān)，妊娠期hsCRP增加可能是妊娠期高血壓疾病引起的。
