【摘要】：正1.病例摘要病例1:患者23歲,主因"停經(jīng)6個(gè)月余,突發(fā)間斷性下腹痛7h"于2013-05-27入院。患者平素月經(jīng)規(guī)律,末次月經(jīng)2012-11-04,未定期產(chǎn)前檢查。入院當(dāng)日晨06:15突發(fā)下腹痛,呈陣發(fā)性,伴惡心、嘔吐、頭暈、乏力、心慌及肛門墜脹感,無(wú)暈厥,可自覺(jué)胎動(dòng),就診于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院。B超提示左盆腔低回聲包塊,腹腔積液,血紅蛋白(Hb)88g/L,以"卵巢囊腫蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)"轉(zhuǎn)入本院。既往體健,孕1產(chǎn)0。入院查體:體溫36.9℃,脈搏90次/分,血壓90/60mm Hg,貧血貌,宮底28cm,胎心60次/分,未及宮縮。腹軟,子宮右側(cè)下段壓痛(+),反跳痛(±),子宮張力
